Super beautiful leggings with the finest all-over print of small cream colored dots on a beautiful purple background. There are cute ruffles at the waist and at the end of the legs. There is elastic in the waist. Made in a lovely soft and stretchy 2x2 cotton rib with elastane for the best possible fit. Luxkids is GOTS certified by Control Union, 842535.
